Clean:
Our fragrances contain essential oils, they are cruelty-free, phthalate-free, and non-toxic. Each scent is subtle, and not overpowering. We've selected virgin coconut soy wax for use in our candles. It is sustainable, biodegradable, has a slower/clean burn and non-toxic. Made in US, paraben free, phthalate free. In addition, its cruelty-free, without any animal products or derivatives.
Eco-Friendly:
We have meticulously selected each element of our candle to become a more earth friendly, sustainable brand. Our journey will continue. Our wooden wicks are clean burning, with a gentle crackle reminiscent of a cozy wood burning fireplace. They are sustainably sourced from FSC certified wood, made in US. Our vessels have the option of no labels, making it easier to reuse & recycle if you wish.

Cerafina was created from both the tradition of honoring my ancestors, as well as, the need to honor my soul. Our mission is clean, eco-friendly, and with a purpose. Delivery
We can keep purchased items for a week so that you can pick them up at a convenient time.
Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at thecerafina@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A $10 restocking fee applies.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund
